TerryLynn Melody

TerryLynn Melody is a professional musician and songwriter who has been featured on National Public Radio, Clear Channel Radio, and Fox Television in Florida. She has won numerous awards for her vocals as well as several songwriting contests and is a published writer, and ASCAP member.

She has quickly grown a fan base in SL that is still growing quickly. She has been performing in SL since August of 2009 and just placed 2nd in the Lil Egypt Talent Competition which lasted from February - May 2010 (it worked very much like American Idol, only in sl and without Simon). Her shows are fun and her fans are very loyal, giving her much support (evidenced by the above mentioned competition) and helping to spread the word about her.

We hope you will take some time and check out one of her shows. We look forward to hearing from you or one of your representatives, and thank you for your time and consideration.

TwinGhost Ronas

Throughout his eclectic 25-years of playing, recording and producing music, TWINGHOST RONAS has always been a songwriter first.
As Daniel Halverson of WKDU Radio once said, “When I hear a Twin Ghost song it feels like I've known it my entire life."

From the city of brotherly love, TwinGhost cut his musical teeth playing in bands spanning across all genres of music.

As a signed artist in the 1980's and 90's, TwinGhost has released recordings under A&M and MCA records as well as many small independent labels writing, producing, recording and distributing several records and CD's world wide of original music.
His experience has made him a well seasoned artist In search of the perfect pop song.

Although TwinGhost's answer to the - "what are your influences" question was the following "I listen to all things good and pure in the world of wondrous vibrations". It's clear when you hear him sing, exactly where he's coming from, at the root it's always a pure and simple pop song.

The performances are nothing less than 100% soul, his shows are diverse, you'll hear hard funky strumming then soft relaxed grooves on the acoustic guitar, you'll hear sensitive crooning then soul straight from the gut, and you'll hear good, catchy original music. You'll also hear some really interesting cover versions of well known songs.

TwinGhost has yet to be pigeonholed into any musical category.
As Barry Sarno from Philadelphia Weekly states, “TwinGhost is a singer-songwriter, but that’s where the clichés end.”

Damian has been hailed as "one of the best cover artists in Second Life", by Metaverse Music. The review goes on to say... "He doesn't imitate the song just like it's original, he makes it his own." "His original songs are just as good as the covers. If he didn't announce it as an original I would've thought it was a cover song too.."

A typical Damian performance might include Jason Mraz, Green Day, Jack Johnson , Bon Jovi, John Mayer, Rob Thomas, Sick Puppies, LifeHouse, Three Doors Down, Muse and so many others. His wide variety in music style is sure to please everyone.

Buckley Moonwall

Chosen by BILLBOARD MAGAZINE as one of the TOP INDEPENDENT ARTISTS IN THE UNITED STATES, - BUCKLEY MOONWALL IS A SINGER-SONGWRITER ON THE EDGE . . . OF SOMETHING!

His "organic alternative"  original roots-rock music has been described as "SPRINGSTEEN ARMWRESTLING WAITS IN DYLAN'S KITCHEN!" . . . . . . . . It might just have well have been "ROBERT MITCHUM MUD-WRESTLING GHANDI IN JACK KEROUAC'S DEN!" . . . . . . . . .  or even  "JOHN MAYER TWO-STEPPING WITH RYAN ADAMS IN KRIS KRISTOFFERSON'S SHED!"

In the past year, under the RL alias Gordon Vincent, Buckley has produced 11 homespun music videos, launched his website - WWW.GORDONVINCENT.COM and is slated to play the lead in an unpcoming independent film "One Season Too Many".

Maximillion Kleene

Streaming from Niagara Falls, Maximillion Kleene brings a vast repertoire of popular music to Second Life. After studying piano at the Royal Conservatory, Max first picked up an acoustic guitar at age 15. By 19, he was seriously pursuing music as a means of self expression. Max says at “the very center of my musical soul is AC/DC” but from there it radiates out to embrace an eclectic mixture of sounds. On any given day, one might hear an acoustic version of Sir Mix-A-Lot, Johnny Cash. Pearl Jam, The Pogues, Frank and Nancy Sinatra, and Jason Mraz. Whether singing alone or dual streaming with friends and fellow musicians, Max’s dynamic musical range and smooth groove provide listeners with an hour of energetic interaction and memorable music

Strum Diesel

Sean (strum Diesel) began playing guitar and writing songs at 13.  A year later he landed his first gig at an old rundown Daytona Beach, Florida gas station turned biker-bar dubbed Charlie's.  After receiving the approval of a presumably tough audience, Sean began to realize that being a performing songwriter was his destiny.  Sean performed in a number of outfits throughout high school and college.  Entering his 20's in fall of 1997, he went solo and found himself in more coffeehouses than classrooms and left college to deliver pizza and perform as much as possible.  Within six months he garnered a diverse following in central Florida. By the end of 1997, he moved to Buffalo, New York, where he would test his material on unfamiliar audiences.  By the summer of 1998 he was included on a compilation CD sponsored by Stimulance Coffeehouse.  At the opening of the disc, you hear the host announce Sean as Buffalo's finest import from Florida.  Sean embarked on his first DIY east coast tour (in tandem with fellow folkie Kim Rheul) that same summer.

Sean performed his song "... and I failed social studies that year." at the 1999 International Conference on Non-Violence, which was held at the Doctor Martin Luther King Center in Atlanta, Georgia.  The song is a narration of childhood experiences growing up in a predominantly racist community in Lake County, Florida.  Personal experience is the primary source for subject matter in Sean's work.  When he's not lamenting his heartbreak, or the heartbreak he has created, his voice is dedicated to explicating socio-political issues that are constantly misrepresented or altogether ignored by mainstream media.

The 21st-century found Sean writing and performing consistently.  To gain exposure in the Atlanta market, he began playing cover gigs in local venues.  These frequent 3-hour shows helped refine Sean's performance technique, while providing him with an opportunity to expose his original material to larger audiences.

Kagalis went on rank in the Atlanta Southern Voice best of readers poll for 'male musician' in 2005 (2nd), 2007 (1st) and 2008 (3rd).  'Connect' a full concert live album was releaserd in January of 2008.

In 2008, Sean entered the virtual world of the internet commerce game Second Life as Strum Diesel upon recommendation from a friend.  2009 saw a tireless ‘SL’ schedule of his energetic live shows which helped him amass a devoted following of fans that span the globe.  Unlike profile based sites like myspace and facebook, Second Life allows ’Strum’ to share his craft in a live unpredictable setting, where listeners can hear what Sean is really all about.  Sean has found a renewed sense of purpose as a performer and writer. This renewed sense not only involves having the time of his life performing as much as possible, in as many places as possible, but also truly being a part of what will help mankind enter into an elevated state of awareness of what it means to be human.

At the start of 2010 Sean released Lucky, a 15-song studio offering that has proven to be Sean’s most intricate work to date.

Edward Kyomoon

Having played music since I was a child a career in music seemed inevitable. Starting at the age of 16 I began performing live for audiences then went on to play guitar and keyboards in several local rock bands in the early 90's. I perform rock music and love songs ranging from the 60's to the present, covering bands and artists such as: The Doors, Pink Floyd, Blue October, Snow Patrol, and Nine Inch Nails. As a recording engineer I produce many of the backing tracks I use for live performances. My experiences in Second Life have inspired me to compose new music and perform for the virtual audience.

Inspired by the smooth jazz, blues, and R & B sounds of artists such as Tom Waits, Randy Newman, Billy Joel, and Elton John, Phillip Mitchell (aka PM Bookmite) started playing piano at sixteen. His most recent EP, Soul (available on itunes and cdbaby.com], features the strongest offerings from his piano-based repertoire.  With a catalogue of over 500 songs of original material, he’s sure to keep you entertained and delighted to have discovered this obscure songwriter from the metro-Atlanta, Georgia area.

Allister Westland

Allister Westland is a well established and popular musician in SL who's performances get rave reviews. His shows consist of a mix of classic rock and modern popular rock cover tunes as well as a collection of original material that showcases his musical diversity and abilities. You will hear anything from soft acoustic ballads in their purest form with only his acoustic guitar and his rich soulful vocals, to hard driving heavy rock tunes with the full production sound of his self performed and pre-recorded backing tracks. Allister sings live and combines both acoustic guitar and electric guitar in his performances and with the advances in technology available to him in the studio from which he performs from, will sometimes layer live keyboard and drum parts to his songs. His unique musical style is influenced by everyone from Van Halen and Joe Satriani to Led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd and other classic rock favorites.

AMFORTE Clarity

Gentle and emotive guitar strumming combined with a haunting mantra telling us that we have nothing concrete, AMForte empathically pours her self-doubts and failed resolutions into the fan-favorite song “Nothing Concrete”.

However, with the song “Are You Happy Now?” AMForte mockingly challenges the listener as the jilted lover of a failed relationship. The racing punk inspired guitars create a cacophonous roller coaster of rhythm that will have you bouncing to it in no time.

The rest of AMForte’s work is also sure to strike a chord with listeners because she has the unique talent of relaying deeply personal experiences in a somewhat abstract sense. By doing this you identify with her and learn about her through your own similar personal experiences. This creates a unique bond between the musician and listener, which, in some ways, transcends the spoken word. This is the magic of music. This is AMForte.

Chris Evermore

Description: As a new musical journey and chapter in my life unfolds I am looking to expand my horizons by performing live music in SL and in my own small way give back to the wonderful community of people that I have come to know and love in this virtual world. Performances in RL have been minimal at this point although hoping to expand on that as well in the near future.

My style is a unique blend of indie folk and progressive acoustic cover songs. Initially I will be sharing covers of various artists including Del Amitri, Damien Rice, Van Morrison and Crowded House. In time, I will soon be sharing original material as I am currently immersed in the writing process and have lots to share.

Much emotion and passion can be conveyed in the delivery of a song and many things come together to make this message unique such as the voice, vibration of strings on a guitar and the original intent of the song along with the passion of the delivery. Music weaves a thread though all of us and our experiences at the core of our souls and in a wonderful and magical way MUSIC UNITES us all.

Tukso Okey

Reaching within himself for an appreciation of rich and eclectic musical traditions, Tukso Okey is an original -- a musical genre unto himself. From a small lad, Tukso took in the music of the sounds of the urban world around him, and he has turned it around to give it back to us with richness and a robust passion. He plays solo but, with the assistance of musical gear, he builds before us music that soon have us believing that we are listening to a full band with percussion, bass, and rhythm. And then he jams with a raw lead guitar and a hard earthy vocal quality that can reach very different places in each person who listens. Come feel the experience, and then spread the word...
Each show is different, you will never hear the same set twice!

Moondoggirl Moomintoog

Moon cut her teeth on folk, lost her innocence to rock, and came of age with country. Her writing today reflects different country styles from pop to soul. In 2006 she started spending 50% of her time in Nashville, TN, to focus on her writing. When asked to describe her own music she’d tell you it will groove, bruise and move you...it's a real mix of country twang with fangs! If you ask Moon who her influences are, you will be surprised to learn she has a love for most genres of music, and they all come through in her writing. From lucinda williams, bonnie raitt, joni mitchell, carly simon, linda rondstat, sheryl crow, waylon jennings and the outlaws, emmylou harris, bobbie gentry and dusty springfield, elvis costello, jonatha brooke, lyle lovett, the beatles, patsy cline, billie holliday and all the old jazz standards, and she says, “now there are so many new country influences too numerous to mention...”

Her roots are in advertising were she spent her career as a graphic desiger, creative director and copywriter. Her passion for music developed at an early age and continued through the years until she could dedicate herself to her true calling, songwriting. She performs in both Nashville and Minneapolis at writer venues. Now her time is split between Minneapolis and Nashville.
